Essential items

  • Valid government-issued photo ID for each signer (driver's license, passport, or state ID)
  • The documents you need notarized (bring originals; don't sign them ahead of time unless otherwise instructed)
  • Any supporting documents requested by the issuing agency (proof of identity, powers of attorney, etc.)

Helpful items

  • Pen (black or blue ink) and extra copy of the document if available
  • A list of names and relationships if multiple parties are involved
  • Payment method (we accept card, check, and exact cash)

During the appointment

  1. Please present your ID and paperwork to the notary.
  2. The notary will confirm identity and review the document for completeness.
  3. Sign in the notary's presence when instructed.
  4. The notary will complete the notarial certificate and provide you with the notarized document.
